The initiative establishes two therapy centers, offers home-based services, supplies 200 customized devices, trains 100 grassroots workers/teachers in early identification and inclusive practices, and counsels 400 parents. Legally relevant issues include compliance with disability rights and public health regulations, procurement and distribution of assistive devices, data/privacy protection for beneficiaries, liability for service delivery, and monitoring of funding and reporting obligations.
