Domestic GST revenues increased 9.6% to Rs 1.37 lakh crore while import-related tax fell 1.2% to Rs 49,354 crore; refunds declined 20% year-on-year to Rs 19,359 crore. Net GST receipts were Rs 1.67 lakh crore, a 10.7% annual rise. The figures precede a scheduled meeting of the GST Council to consider rate rationalisation and slab reduction.
