The short college-based curriculum supplements transferable life and employability training with hands-on exposure to AI tools (chatbots, prompt engineering, language translation, productivity apps) and instruction in AI ethics and responsible use, coupled with sector orientation, mentorship, interview preparation, placement in customer-centric roles, and post-placement support to promote retention and career progression.
