The initiative, launched in September last year, provides financial assistance and loans up to Rs 50 lakh, with the government acting as guarantor. Beneficiaries repaying loans on time will receive up to 100% interest subvention. Additionally, a special category scheme offers grants up to Rs 1 lakh for those unable to secure loans. The scheme aligns with national development goals and has a budget of Rs 350 crore for 2025-26.
