      New Delhi [India], March 7: Riya Rathi, Advocate and Founder of LatestLaws.com and the Indian Dispute Resolution Centre (TheIDRC.com), tied nuptial knots with Ashutosh Dhankar, Advocate, on Sunday, 2nd March 2025, in a grand wedding organised at ICAR Convention Centre, New Delhi.

      Ashutosh Dhankar is the son of Smt. Neerupa Dhankar and Sh. Om Prakash Dhankar, Former Cabinet Minister and State President, BJP Haryana. He is currently the National Secretary of the BJP. Riya Rathi is the daughter of Asso. Prof. Anju Rattan Rathi and Sh. Surinder S. Rathi, District Judge, New Delhi, who had also served as Registrar, Supreme Court of India, and Registrar, Delhi High Court, and as Director, NALSA.

      Several Union Cabinet Ministers of the government of India, including Home Minister Sh. Amit Shah, Defence Minister Sh. Rajnath Singh, the BJP's National President and Health Minister Sh. JP Nadda, and other senior political personalities from around the nation attended the wedding.

      Esteemed guests who attended included HMJ Sanjay Karol, Judge, Supreme Court of India; HMJ Ashok Bhushan, Chairman, NCLAT; HMJ Amitav Roy, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India; and HMJ AM Magrey, Former Chief Justice, J&K High Court. Delhi High Court Judges, namely HMJ DK Sharma, Judge, HMJ Dharmesh Sharma, Judge, and HMJ Tejas Karia. Former Delhi HC judges Justice JR Midha, Justice GP Mittal, Justice Brijesh Sethi, Justice Vinod Goel, and several other sitting and retired judges joined the wedding celebrations and blessed the couple.

      Blessings and best wishes were sent by sitting Supreme Court judges, including HMJ BR Gavai, HMJ Suryakant, HMJ JB Pardiwala, HMJ Manmohan, and others. The sitting Chief Justice of MP, HMJ Suresh Kumar Kait, also sent blessings. Former CJIs HMJ Ranjan Gogoi and HMJ NV Ramana also sent blessings. HMJ AM Khanwilkar, Lokpal of India and former SC Judge, sent his best wishes.

      The newlywed couple, Ashutosh and Riya, were also blessed by Jharkhand Governor Hon'ble Sh. Santosh Gangwar, Union Education Minister Sh. Dharmendra Pradhan, Union Minister for Housing and Urban Development Sh. Manohar Lal Khattar, Union Law Minister Sh. Arjun Meghwal, Union Minister Sh. Gajendra Shekhawat, Union Minister Sh. Phukhan Singh Kulaste, Union Minister Ms. Annapurna, Union Minister Sh. Krishnapal Gurjar, and Union Minister Sh. Rao Indrajit Singh also attended the wedding ceremony.

      Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, Chief Minister of Delhi, had blessed the wedding earlier along with Sh. Satish Poonia, Haryana In-Charge of BJP. Sh. Mohanlal Baroli, Haryana BJP President; former Haryana CM Sh. Bhupendra Hooda; Haryana Assembly Speaker Sh. Harvinder Kalyan; Ministers Sh. Vipul Goyal, Sh. Mahipal Dhanda, Sh. Arvind Sharma, Sh. Surendra Nagar, Sh. Gaurav Gautam; and former Ministers Ranjit Chautala, Premlata, former Union Minister Harsh Vardhan, Sh. Ram Bilas Sharma, Captain Abhimanyu, Smt. Kamlesh Dhanda, MP, Ms. Kiran Chaudhary, and Boxer Sh. Vijender Singh blessed the newlyweds. Apart from these, UP Deputy CM Sh. Keshav Prasad Maurya, Former Army Chief General Dalbir Suhag, Former Union Minister Sh. Anurag Thakur, and Former Union Minister Sh. Birender Singh also attended the wedding ceremony.

      Delhi Chief Minister Ms. Rekha Gupta, Ministers including Sh. Pravesh Verma, Sh. Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Delhi Assembly Speaker Sh. Vijender Gupta, and Delhi Lok Sabha MPs attended the wedding. Most of the MLAs from Haryana and Delhi also attended this occasion. Solicitor General of India Sh. Tushar Mehta and several senior advocates, namely Sh. Ratan K. Singh, Sh. Ashok K. Singh, Sh. Ramesh Gupta, Jayant Sud, BCI Co. Chairman Sh. VP Sharma, and all the members of the Bar Council of Delhi led by Sh. Sanjay Rathi, Advocate, attended the wedding.

      Sh. Bharat Parashar, Secretary General of the Supreme Court; Sh. Kanwaljeet Arora, Registrar General of Delhi HC; Sh. Sanjay Garg, Principal District Judge, Headquarters Delhi; Sh. Pawan Jain, Registrar Vigilance of Delhi HC; and several other District Judges from Delhi and other states also attended the marriage. Sh. Surya Pratap Singh, Member Secretary, Haryana SLSA, attended the wedding. District Judges who attended the wedding included Sh. Deepak Garg, Sh. Manoj Nagpal, Sh. Sanjeev Agarwal, Sh. Bhupesh Kumar, Ms. Illa Rawat, and Sh. Brijesh Garg. Sh. Rakesh Syal and Sh. Chandrashekhar.

      Sh. Rajiv Mani, Secretary, Legislative, Ministry of Law and Justice, GoI, and Ms. Anju Rathi Rana, Secretary, Legal Affairs, Min. of Law and Justice, GoI, were present with family members. All the esteemed guests were received by Sh. Sandeep Rathi, Sh. Rajiv Rattan, Ms. Anjali, Sh. Vivek Rattan, Ms. Rashmi, Sh. Divyansh Hanu Rathi, Ms. Sumedha Sindhu Rathi.

      Several senior police officers, including Sh. LR Bishnoi, former DGP Assam; Sh. Anant Dhull, IPS, DGP Haryana; Sh. Ranbir Krishnia, IPS, Spl. CP Delhi; Sh. Jatin Narwal, IPS; Sh. Vikramjit Rathi, IPS; Sh. Sanjay Bhatia; and Deepak Yadav, IPS from Delhi Police, were also present. The wedding saw performances by International Fame Algoja and Morchang artist Sh. Tagaram Bheel and party from Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.

      The Rathi and Dhankar families thanked all the guests for sparing time and blessing the newlywed couple.
