Investigation identified clandestine manufacture, repacking and preparation for export, with searches yielding tablet-compression machinery and raw materials. Tramadol is a psychotropic substance under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, while Tapentadol is regulated under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and its rules.
