The operations identified suspicious transactions involving a network of companies and dubious methods such as bogus share premiums and unsecured loans. An influential Maharashtra family is implicated in these activities. Assets worth Rs. 170 crore, unaccounted cash of Rs. 2.13 crore, and jewellery worth Rs. 4.32 crore were seized.
