This collaboration allows both entities to access each other's databases, including import-export transactions and corporate financial statements. The initiative supports the development of MCA21 Version 3 and CBIC's ADVAIT tool, leveraging AI and data analytics. The MoU enables automatic, regular data sharing and requests for specific information for scrutiny and investigation, promoting seamless regulatory linkage. A Data Exchange Steering Group will oversee this ongoing initiative.
