<h1>Indian Civil Accounts Day Celebrates PFMS Role in Public Finance, Launches New Apps for GST, PM-KISAN, and Audit Improvements.</h1> The 43rd Civil Accounts Day on March 1, 2019, will highlight the Indian Civil Accounts Service's role in public finance management, showcasing the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) and its integration with GST refund processing via the ARPIT application. The Finance Minister will address the implementation of the PM-KISAN Yojana through PFMS, which aims to benefit 12-13 crore individuals. The event will also launch new PFMS functionalities, including a mobile app for bank performance monitoring and a dashboard for real-time expenditure tracking. Additionally, the GRIP application for internal audit and the Operational Manual for Risk-Based Internal Audit will be introduced.
