<h1>Central Board Updates Foreign Currency Exchange Rates for Imports and Exports Effective July 20, 2018.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has updated the exchange rates for foreign currencies in relation to imported and exported goods, effective from July 20, 2018. This update supersedes the previous notification dated July 5, 2018. The new rates specify the conversion of various foreign currencies into Indian rupees. For instance, the exchange rate for one US Dollar is set at 69.60 INR for imports and 67.90 INR for exports. Other currencies such as the Euro, Pound Sterling, and Japanese Yen have also been assigned specific rates for both import and export transactions.
