<h1>PFRDA Hosts Pune Workshop to Educate Corporates on NPS Benefits and Enrollment; Highlights Recent Developments and Investment Advantages.</h1> The Pension Fund Regulatory Development Agency (PFRDA) organized a workshop in Pune to educate corporations about the National Pension System (NPS), highlighting its features, benefits, and enrollment process. Over 100 participants from 55 companies attended. The workshop focused on the role of pension funds, long-term investment benefits, and recent developments, such as the transfer of superannuation funds to NPS and reduced minimum contribution requirements. As of November 2017, over 1.84 crore subscribers have joined the NPS-Private sector, with more than 6.58 lakh employees from 4,027 corporates participating in the NPS Corporate Model.
