Key measures include a 0.75% discount on digital payments for fuel, financial support for deploying POS devices in rural areas, and issuance of Rupay Kisan Cards for farmers. Railways offer discounts on digital payments for tickets and services, along with free accidental insurance for online ticket buyers. Public sector insurance and banks provide discounts on premiums and reduced fees for digital transactions. Additionally, no service tax will be charged on digital transactions up to Rs. 2,000, and toll discounts are available for RFID card users.
