Political criticism followed a social-media post describing Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar as "gungi gudiya" in connection with a press interaction on law-and-order issues in Beed district. Shiv Sena (UBT) representatives described the phrase as not unparliamentary and linked it to criticism of a guardian minister's public responsibilities.
