Section 301 forced-labour measures place Indian imports in a lower tariff tier while preserving specified product exclusions.
Section 301 forced-labour import measures impose an additional ad valorem duty on imports from India, with India placed in a lower additional-tariff tier than initially proposed. A substantial portion of Indian exports is therefore excluded, while the remaining exports are subject to the additional duty.
