A Part A QAR review assesses Audit Commissionerate working conditions and capacity by examining officer strength, vacancies and training; Monthly Monitoring Committee meetings; infrastructure availability; posting of suitably skilled officers and supervisory review of audit plans; use of Deputy/Assistant Director (Cost); stakeholder feedback mechanisms; and conduct of theme based audits, with manuals and guidance materials serving as supporting references under the Quality Assurance Review framework.
