we are N.G.O. registerd under co-operativ society. we are rgisterd with service tax department and raising our services bill in qtr. basis. we have to deposit our service tax monthly or qtrly.

1. service tax is applicable on total collection of your service bill, if you are receive payment month wise then you have to pay s.tax month wise otherwise its quaterly .

2. as per FAQ dated 05-02-2009, the service tax is to be deposited on a monthly basis.
