Here  i want to know the procedure to file the Appeal to Appellate Tribunal. &  in how many forms? .(duplicate or triplicate).

Please advice me ....

See Rule 57A of DVAT Rules, 2005 for detailed procedure and conditions for filing an appeal before Tribunal. Similar provisions may be there for respective state vat laws.
