Duty Drawback on export to Nepal in INR

Duty drawback on Nepal exports allowed despite payment in Indian rupees; DRP invoices remain DRP-treated and refund credited to Nepal.
Exports to Nepal are permissible whether payments are made in Indian rupees or foreign convertible currency, subject to applicable RBI guidelines. Goods cleared on DRP invoices before rescission of the DRP notification but exported within the prescribed six month period shall continue to be treated under the DRP, with duty refund credited to the Government of Nepal and the rebate element not admissible to Indian exporters. (AI Summary)

I would like to know if I am eligible for duty drawback on the goods exported to Nepal in INR. The goods exported to Nepal are under duty drawback scheme provided by the government.

Thanks

Ashish
