service tax return apr - june 2012

Dear Sir,

I have filled the ST-3 returnonline for BAS, TIC & GTA but today while i cheked the status the return was rejected due to abbtement notification no / sl no was not mentioned properly. i had mentioned 6/2005 in the notification no.

kindly let me know which notification no is to be mentioned as there is only 2 days left to file the returns online.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for the reply, but i am already mentioning the same notification nu which you have told ie 6/2005 -st, but still my E-returns status is rejected and the reason is if no abatement notification no /sl no is slected then abatement amount claimed should be Zero.

 

Kindly suggest.

You have to mention notification no 05/2012-ST dated 17-03-2012 in the return.

Since you have claimed abatement for GTA, the relevant Notn applicable for GTA to be mentioned and not the Not 6/2005.  From the drop box menu, GTA notification that can be selected in Not 13/08. Pl show the same and your Return will be accepted
