Yes, it is possible by filing dvat-07 with all necessary documents for change of proprietorship.
What are the necessary documents? In my case, as I have earlier stated it is the change of proprietor from A to B.. SO Do I just have to fill DVAT-07 giving change of name of proprietor in the appropriate columns ORRRR DO I have to:
1. Furnish a Fresh Surety also;
2. Prepare some kind of Deed showing transfer of Proprietor and if yes, what nomenclature is to given to that Deed.
