Change of Proprietor + DVAT Registration Amendmen

Guest
My client is a Firm  having Proprietor as Mr. A, registered under DVAT Act.

Now the proprietor is to be changed from Mr. A to Mr. B.

Is it possible to do the same by filing DVAT-07?

I know that one way to do is to first make it a partnership Firm with Mr. B as New Partner and then dissolving it by retirement of Mr. A BUT I do not want to go for the said route.
Change of proprietor requires filing DVAT-07 with identity proofs, fresh surety and a takeover agreement. Change of proprietor under the DVAT registration may be effected by filing DVAT-07 with supporting identity proofs and photographs of the incoming proprietor, a fresh surety bond if required, and an agreement or deed showing transfer and acceptance of assets, liabilities and tax obligations so the new proprietor continues the firm's rights and obligations. What are the necessary documents?  In my case, as I have earlier stated it is the change of proprietor from A to B.. SO Do I just have to fill DVAT-07 giving change of name of proprietor in the appropriate columns  ORRRR  DO I have to:

1. Furnish a Fresh Surety also;
2. Prepare some kind of Deed showing transfer of Proprietor and if yes, what nomenclature is to given to that Deed.
