TDS Payment done 94C instead of 94J

While making of  e-payment of TDS , we wrongy typed 94J instead of 94C in the challan what will the steps for Rectification ?

You go to http://www.incometaxindia.gov.in   After that :Challan Correction Mechanism.  Follow acardingly.

1) You paid in Manually in the bank

2) You have paid in the online?
