Since we are Polyester FDY Yarn Producer and recently our Product is included under the Scheme, Focus Product Scheme where we can avail credit scrip @ 2% on FOB. Apart from this EU and US and Egypt (Our Main Target Market) are recently included under Market Linked Focus Product Scheme, where we can avail Credit Scrip @ 2% on FOB. Apart from this we can avail Duty Draw Back @ 5% on FOB under Duty Draw Back Scheme.

Here My Question is, “Can we avail All the schemes i.e. Duty Draw Back, FPS, MLFPS, EPCG License Scheme together?”

An exporter can claim the benefits of Duty Draw Back, FPS , MLFPS, EPCG License Scheme together permissible.. However the simultaneous benefit of Advance Authorisatio, DEPB  with Duty Draw Back is not permissible.

Schemes i.e. Duty Draw Back, FPS, , EPCG License Scheme  can be availed together but between  MLFPS and FPS , only one scheme can be availed. Refer Para 3.17.8 of FTP but you can avail SHIS with FPS or MLFPS.
