Cenvat credit admissibility requires dealer registration to claim input credit on purchased goods and pass it on sale.
Cenvat credit on purchases of the same goods that a unit manufactures and sells as such is admissible only where the activity is treated as trading and the dealer holds proper registration; registration is a precondition to claim the credit and to pass it on at removal. (AI Summary)
ON PURCHASE OF SAME PRODUCT WHICH IS BEING MANUFACTURED BY THE UNIT (NUTS & BOLTS) AND SOLD AS SUCH. WHETHER CREDIT IS ADMISSIBLE, IF SO, PL QUOTE CASE LAWS

This seems as a Trading Activity. If you have taken the Dealer Registration then may take the credit and pass the same on removal.
