Dear Sir,we have to import lub. oil in the packing of 200Ltr Drum for trading to service stations not to industry. In this regard please confirm:- 1-Is MRP is applicable on the same or not? 2.And what will be the duty calculation on both either it is under MRP or not? Matter is very urgent please confirm with your valuable views and also confirm about rules/section/nott./circular etc. for the same.
