Regarding Confusion in ITC by RENTER.

Input tax credit entitlement for renters: business-related service invoices claimable if eligibility and documentation requirements met.
ITC is available to a registered person for goods or services used in the course or furtherance of business regardless of the nature or number of outward supplies. Services like telecom, stationery, CCTV installation, and software can be claimed as ITC by a rentee provided the supplies are for business use, valid tax invoices are in the claimant's GSTIN, supplier invoices are reflected in the claimant's incoming invoice records, payments comply with statutory timing, and the supplies are not among the categories of blocked credits. (AI Summary)

My client has been issue only rent invoice as a RENTER, and show in GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B also. Now I had taken ITC against services invoices like BSNL, Stationery Expense, CCTV camera installation, computer software etc.....

Now, Can I take all these credit ?
