How to apply for EODC

EODC application: obtain a redemption letter after TR6 duty payment by presenting payment proof and a self certified calculation.
After failing to meet EPCG export obligations, an applicant who has paid customs duty and applicable interest by TR6 challan should approach the Regional Authority for a redemption letter; the RA will issue the letter on production of the duty paid challan and a self certified calculation sheet as documentary evidence to record discharge of the obligation. (AI Summary)

We have taken EPCG licence in the F.Y 2015-16 but we could't able to fulfill export obligation with in six years ( its zero export) and recently we have received a notice from customs saying that to produce EODC.

Kindly advice how to get EODC from DGFT, since we have paid duty saved amount with applicable interest to customes.

Since you paid the customs duty and applicable interest by TR6 challan, you can approach RA for issuance of a redemption letter based on documentary evidence (duty paid challan and self-certified calculation sheet)
