We are import our input u/r FTA ( Foreign Trade Agreement ) availing customs Noft.No.44/2011 to exemption on Customs duty components and paying the only part of IGST and Cess , then we have to processed our inputs and converts to final product , the final product export and claim the export benefit of Duty Drawback under All India Rate with condition of CENVAT Duty availed.

Question is are we eligible to Duty Drawback ?

Plese suggest your advice on export benefit

Clarification on Duty Drawback: Not Available for Advance Licence Holders, Brand Rate Possible for Non-Advance Licence Inputs. A participant inquired about eligibility for duty drawback when importing inputs under a Foreign Trade Agreement (FTA) with customs duty exemptions, paying only IGST and Cess, and exporting the processed final product. They questioned whether claiming duty drawback under the All India Rate is possible when inputs have zero duty. The response clarified that duty drawback is not available for Advance Licence holders, but a brand rate of duty drawback can be claimed for inputs not imported under the advance licence and on which duty has been paid.
