AMENDMENT IN CORE FIELD OF REGISTRATION

i have a technical issue in amending the legal name of the proprietor in GST registration

Due to some error in PAN Data, the person changed his NAME, DOB and FATHER'S NAME in PAN DATA and revised data with NEW PAN CARD is available.

He want to Change the Legal Name in GST Registration as his name in PAN DATA is changed.

While amending the CORE field of Registration, the LEGAL name is amended, but data in PROPRIETOR Page cannot be amended, so we cannot amend his NAME, DOB and FATHER's NAME is that Page. After submitting the application, VALIDATION ERROR is created with the message that, the NAME, DOB do not match with the PAN. it is understood that as the NAME, DOB was not changed in the Proprietor detail of CORE Field is not changed, therefore this message is comming. there is no option to change the PROPRIETOR detail in CORE field.

So we Tried to change the PROPRIETOR detail in NON CORE FIELD and successfully change the NAME, DOB, and FATHER'S NAME in NON CORE FIELD and the application is approved. After approval While Checking the PROPRIETOR Detail, we found that the new name and new DOB is available in NON CORE FIELD, BUT the amended name and amended DOB is not available in CORE FIELD.

SO I HAVE THE QUERY- HOW TO CHANGE THE PROPRIETOR DETAIL LIKE NAME, DOB ETC IN CORE FIELD TO MATCH THE DATA WITH PAN DATA.
