GSTR 9 and 9C are Disabled in GST Portal

I have filed GSTR-3B & GSTR-9 for all the months off the year 2018-19. When I try to file GSTR-9 Annual return, it is DISABLED and couldn't input.

It will greatful to have reply for this.

Dear sir ,

It is now not available on gst portal. Since due date for annual return for ft 2017-18 is up to 31st, I think some development are being done in GSTR-9  & GSTR-9C, hence not in workable.please wait for some time.

I tried 9C on Saturday and was working. Perhaps now it may not be available.
