My company is registered as PVT LTD company in Karnataka (Bangalore).

Recently we have received notice to pay the Professional tax with penalty and interest to the department. (Figures are as follows:- Tax under KTPTC & E Act Act, 1976 - 2500 Penalty @ 50% - 1250 Interest @ 1.25% per month - 250 Total:- 4000)
