How we Can we take IGST refund export through Courier.

IGST refund for exports by courier: shipping bill and export manifest enable refund claim with GSTR 1/3B compliance.
For courier exports the authorised courier files a shipping bill with customs before departure, and the shipping bill serves as the application basis for an IGST refund once the export general manifest is submitted and the exporter has filed GSTR 3B and GSTR 1. If dispatch is via the postal system, obtain acknowledgement from the Foreign Post Office superintendent; that acknowledgement together with the shipping bill and export documentation supports the refund claim. (AI Summary)

we want to send the turbans(cloth) to Germany by Courier.

Value of Goods ₹ 20000.00 and IGST is ₹ 3600.

How we Can we take IGST refund of ₹ 3600.

1.

In case of export goods, the Authorised Courier files Courier Shipping Bills with the proper officer of Customs at the airport or Land Customs Station before departure of flight or other mode of transport, as the case may be.

You should be able to claim refund on the basis of this document.

The shipping bill to be filed with the Customs is itself treated as an application for refund of IGST and shall be deemed to have been filed after submission of export general manifest and submitting of GSTR 3B and GSTR-1 returns.
