Query about claiming 80U deduction

While claiming the 80U deduction during e-filing ITR-1 is there a process to submit 10-A1 [Medical certificate] online?

If not, after filing return via e-filing who does one send the completed 10-A1 form too? Thanks for any info about the process.

Disability deduction: medical certificate need not be uploaded during e filing but must be produced on demand. The medical certificate (Form 10 A1) need not be uploaded during ITR 1 e filing; taxpayers must retain it and produce it to their jurisdictional Income Tax Officer if requested during scrutiny. At the time of filing of ITR, it is not required to be uploaded. Keep ready. The department will ask for or can ask for later on at the time of scrutiny. On demand, you will have to produce to your jurisdictional I.T.O.,
