Dear Sir,

there is a notification 32/2016(NT) dated.01/03/2016 for the imported goods at concessional rate of duty. what is the corresponding customs notification to claim the Customs duty exemption for BCD. The reason behind this is one of the e-bike Importer wants to set up the manufacturing unit and wanted import the parts and accessories. When those are imported under SKD/CKD, can we get the BCD duty exempiton. If yes, what is the notification to claim the duty exemption benefit for payment of the BCD.
