Revocation of cancellation of Gst registration.

Amit Satpute

Dear sir,

From my employee wrongly applied cancellation of Gst registration and jurisdiction officer approved application.the reason of cancellation submitted in applications 'turnover below than taxable limit' But turnover is upto 11crore. Now how to revocation of cancellation of Gst registration.

Individual's GST Cancellation Error Due to Misreported Turnover; Suggested Actions Include Appeal or Manual Revocation Application. An individual mistakenly applied for the cancellation of their GST registration, which was approved based on the incorrect reason that their turnover was below the taxable limit, despite having a turnover of 11 crore. To address this, suggestions include appealing the decision, obtaining a new registration, or consulting with the jurisdictional authority. It is advised to manually apply for revocation with the jurisdictional Range Officer or Divisional Officer, as they can potentially resolve the issue quickly, possibly on the same day. (AI Summary)
