Two companies are related. i.e. ABC Private Limited and XYZ Private Limited.

An employee of the company (ABC) is permanently transferred to another company (XYZ). Subsequently, accrued Gratuity liability of the employee is also transferred from ABC to XYZ. Money is transferred.
