Refund claim against export of goods on payment of IGST

Dear experts,

We are exporting goods on payment of IGST but since July'17, we have not received any single refund, kindly advise if -

1. In ICEGATE portal, under the head IGST inquiry, all our export bills and shipping details are available.

2. But under Validation by ICEGATE, it is showing as no data available.

In addition, kindly advise if such refund applications can be resubmitted to local IGST authority (Dy Commissioner of Goods & Service Tax) and they are empowered enough to sanction the refund against export.

IGST refund on exports: exporters should pursue ICEGATE administration and port officers and register IEC with digital signature. Exporters report export shipping bills visible on ICEGATE while validation shows no data, blocking IGST refund processing. Practical remedies advised include contacting the ICEGATE administrator to resolve validation issues, visiting port-based officers assigned to address exporter refunds, and ensuring IEC registration on ICEGATE with the holder's digital signature to access shipping bill details and facilitate refund progress. Sir, CBEC now CBIC has conducted a special drive to sort out the problems of refund of exporters, and special officers are deputed at the port of export. You are requested to visit the port of export and raise your problems with the authority there. Hope for the best.

You need to get registered yourself c(IEC Holder can register on ICEGATE) along with the Digital Signature of the IEC Holder to know the details of shipping bills.
