Can a trust submit form 15 g

Can a trust submit form 15g and how when declration is for only given by individuals. And also tell us what is the date of birth of trust. If you have any written material in this regard please send me. Bank is asking the same.

Sir I already talked to many CA s but surprisingly some are giving answer to NO. They said only exemption certificate only 12 A is applicable.

Sir if bank trying to feed 15 g system is asking date of birth.

Please gave me authentic solution.

Some sites also shows yes and some are saying no.

There is no column for furnishing date of birth in Form 15G. Please give your query in detail.
