VAT credit eligibility depends on inclusion of input chemicals in the authorised Input List; amend list to claim credit.
Claiming VAT credit on chemicals for effluent treatment requires those chemicals to be included in the authorised Input List or schedule; if listed, VAT credit may be claimed, and if not listed the registrant must follow the amendment procedure via the official portal to include the chemical before claiming the credit.
