Consignee and notify party

Bhavin Gujrati

I want to import agro products in india, which further i want to sell in india. I dont want to reveal my suppliers name to my buyer. Also I want my buyer to clear the material from the discharge port. So being the consignee can i notify my buyer to clear the material at discharge port?

In this circumstance is it required by my buyer to pay VAT?

Also how can i avoid disclosing my supplier details?

let me know all the available options.

High sea sale can allow a consignor to have buyer clear goods at discharge port while masking supplier identity. High sea sale is recommended to permit an importer to have a buyer clear imported agro products at the discharge port while preserving supplier anonymity, but supplier identity may still be revealed via packing lists and outer packaging; the record poses but does not resolve whether the buyer must pay VAT on such clearance.
