Regularisation of Additional director

sir, My company is private company in which one person is appointed as additional director on 24th September, 2014 but the AGM was held on 30th September, 2014 and in this AGM he was ceased to be additional director because company did not regularize him or didn't file DIR-12 for his cessation. Now my company want to regularize him as regular director. Can i do it or what will be the procedure of regularizing him as per section 160 and 161 of the companies act 2013. Can i call an EGM for it or wait for AGM???? or is there any requirement of depositing ₹ 100000/- and 14 days previous notice by the additional director for appointing himself as regular director to the company before meeting?????? Kindly provide me suitable solution...........................Its urgent.
