Respected Sir,

                         One of my clients is taking the exemption of 1.5 crore,now as he has crossed the limit in the present month then if he has to pay the duty through PLA THEN he has to pay the duty monthly or quarterly.Please reply.

If  your client is having Available sufficient Credit balance in Cenvat account as on 31.03.2014 he can pay the excise duty from Cenvat account  if  NO then Part amount from  Cenvat account & Balance ammount from PLA. on Quarterly basis.
