Dear sir, Good Morning. My company having Central excise & Merchant Export registration. As playing the role of Merchant Export different vendor supply material to us against CT-1 form. But first time we called material from EOU units. Means our vendor situated in EOU Area and he demand CT-1 form with additional duty of BCD 7.5 percent & ADC 4 percent . Please suggest us that shall we provide the CT-1 with the demanded additional duty (i.e. BCD & CVD). Also send me the notification or details as per Central Excise law. Regards - Vasudev K.
