<h1>Controlled delivery authorised to permit transit of suspect consignments under designated officers while barring interception by others.</h1> Authorisation is granted for a controlled delivery of a suspect consignment under section 109A of the Customs Act, 1962, read with the Controlled Delivery (Customs) Regulations, 2022, identifying consignment and transport particulars. The consignment is allowed to continue movement subject to controlled delivery procedures and the authorised officer's name, designation, mobile contact and attested signature are recorded.
