It warns that under Rule 18 of the Drawback Rules, 2017, failure to evidence export proceeds realization within the FEMA-prescribed period (or RBI-extended period) will attract a show-cause notice requiring proof within 30 days. As a final opportunity, exporters are urged to register and upload BRCs or contact the Drawback & BRC Section by email for registration assistance.
