of <h1>DGFT Launches Automatic e-SHC Issuance for Exporters, Excluding Services and Deemed Exports, Effective August 15th Annually.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has introduced an automatic system for issuing Status Holder Certificates (e-SHC) to exporters, eliminating the need for application submissions. This system uses export data from the DGCI&S database and categorizes exporters into five status categories based on their export performance over the past three years. The e-SHC will be available via email and the DGFT portal by August 15th each year. Certain exports, such as services and deemed exports, are excluded from this automatic issuance, requiring manual application. Existing applications will be automatically processed if they match the system's identified category.
