Disputes involving Clearing Members, Clients, LPCCs, and vendors must follow SEBI prescribed mechanisms; LPCCs must notify members, publish the provisions, amend bye laws and communicate changes to the regulator.

CDU will also maintain an indexed guard file of public and policy orders and receive registers from sections for central custody.

Authorised Dealer Category-II entities are permitted to enable online submission of Form A2, provided they frame Board approved guidelines within the extant statutory and regulatory framework and observe the terms of A.P.
