        <h1>National Company Law Tribunal Approves Merger of Take Care Logistics and Hind Terminals; Custodian Role Assigned to Hind Terminals.</h1> Public Notice No. 70/2023 announces the approval of the merger between Take Care Logistics Park (India) Pvt. Ltd. and Hind Terminals Pvt. Ltd. by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai. Consequently, Hind Terminals Pvt. Ltd. is appointed as the Custodian and Customs Cargo Services Provider for the Container Freight Station (CFS) previously managed by Take Care Logistics. The approval is valid until September 20, 2028, contingent on maintaining AEO-LO status. Hind Terminals must comply with the Customs Act, 1962, and other regulations. The waiver of a bank guarantee is granted, subject to AEO status validity.
