of <h1>Apply for Amnesty Scheme: Settle Export Defaults with Advance and EPCG Authorizations via DGFT Online.</h1> The circular outlines the procedure for applying to the Amnesty scheme for a one-time settlement of defaults in export obligations by holders of Advance and EPCG authorizations. Applicants must file applications online via the DGFT website, selecting the relevant scheme checkbox and providing duty and interest values under the Redemption Matrix tab. Once submitted, the Regional Authority (RA) will verify the shortfall and request payment proof. Upon receipt of payment evidence and documents, the RA may issue an Export Obligation Discharge Certificate (EODC) within three working days. Additional guidance is available through the DGFT website or helpdesk services.
