of <h1>Companies Can File Forms Physically Without Fees Amid MCA-21 Portal Transition to V3 Until March 31, 2023.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has addressed concerns regarding the filing of specific forms on the MCA-21 Portal due to its transition from V2 to V3 Version. Between February 22 and March 31, 2023, companies can file Forms GNL-2, MGT-14, PAS-3, SH-8, SH-9, and SH-11 physically, with electronic copies, without fees. The forms must be signed and submitted with an undertaking to file electronically later, adhering to the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014. No additional fees will be charged during this period, as per a prior circular.
