of <h1>India Forms Committee to Set RoDTEP Rates for Exports; Industry Data Sought for Analysis by March 2020.</h1> The Government of India has established a committee to determine RoDTEP rates for exports made under Advance Authorization, Export Oriented Units, and Special Economic Zones. Export Promotion Councils, Commodity Boards, and Trade Associations are requested to provide data on inputs used in exports from October 2019 to March 2020. The data should include unrefunded duties and taxes and be certified by manufacturers and accountants. The committee will analyze this information to set ceiling rates and address any anomalies in previous reports. The committee's findings are expected within eight months, with logistical and financial support provided by the Department of Revenue.
